Getting Started

SunFlow requires a Growatt inverter account. On the Connect screen, enter your Growatt credentials and select your region. Not sure which region? Try Global first — it covers most countries outside North America and China.

Don't have a Growatt account yet? Tap Demo Mode on the Connect screen to explore all features with realistic demo data.

Widgets Not Showing Data

Widgets require an API token from your Growatt account:

Note: Widgets are a Pro or Premium feature. A subscription is required to enable them.

Subscriptions

Pro — Home screen and lock screen widgets with cloud-powered data refresh.

Premium — Everything in Pro, plus Siri shortcuts and push-driven widget updates.

Both tiers include a 7-day free trial. To restore a previous purchase, go to Settings → Restore Purchases.

Data Looks Outdated

Widget data refresh depends on your subscription — Premium users see updates every ~5 minutes, Pro users every 20–45 minutes. If data looks old:

App Crashes or Won't Load

Try force-quitting and reopening the app. If the issue persists:

Siri Shortcuts Not Working

Siri shortcuts are a Premium feature. If you have Premium and shortcuts aren't responding, try opening the app once — this syncs your subscription status. Then re-add the shortcuts via the Shortcuts app.
