Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using SunFlow ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
This agreement is between you and Sebastian Guerrero ("Developer"), not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
License
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Transfer your license to another person
Subscriptions
SunFlow offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Pro and Premium). By subscribing:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
Independent App — Not Affiliated with Growatt
SunFlow is an independent third-party application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected with Growatt or any of its subsidiaries. Use of Growatt's services is subject to Growatt's own terms and conditions.
A Growatt inverter account is required to use live data features. The Developer is not responsible for any issues arising from Growatt's services, APIs, or account access.
Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services, each subject to their own terms:
- Growatt Open API — for inverter data access
- RevenueCat — for subscription management
- Firebase / Google Cloud — for widget data and push notifications
- Firebase Crashlytics — for anonymous crash reporting
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Developer does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Solar data accuracy depends on your inverter's connectivity and Growatt's servers.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or inaccurate energy readings.
Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Changes to These Terms
The Developer reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
